With a range of networking activities lined up, this is an excellent opportunity to meet senior management, senior analysts and other summer interns. You値l also receive support from your own assigned mentor who will be on call to provide career development advice. Through exposure to our business, training from industry experts and on-the-job experience, you will have the opportunity to prove yourself, which could lead to a full-time job offer following your graduation.
Prior to your penultimate year, you can compete with a team of colleagues from your university by taking the Merrill Lynch Challenge. The finalist teams participate in a one-week programme in London during the spring.
